Let me get this straight then:
Ferrari have rigged the FIA rules to suit them;
By implication then you're suggesting that Ferrari somehow has an overriding control over FIA;
Yet still, it is Ferrari who find themselves in Court fighting the FIA?

Wouldn't it be simpler to just "change the rules to suit themselves" rather than drag themselves through the court, pay double the solicitors/court fees and in the process reveal to the whole world what (ITPRO knew for years) they were really doing all along?

So poor old Frank Williams knew nothing about what was going on at the top then? Really? He was all this time just taking part, waiting every winter for his copy of the FIA-F1 Blue-Book so he could find-out what the new regs were?

Surely Ian, you're a little bit older and wiser than those who'd believe that!
