i know its a webcam, iv used it before.

can't find an on off key adn i tried all the F1-F12 keys with the Fn button. its a vista if that makes any difference? (hate vista) looked at device manager and none had an exclamation mark adn couldn't find anything to do with webcam.

gunna sound stupid here, but whats a BIOS?
