i remember reading about a lad at whom went thru a pelican crossing because a traffic car pulled up behind him with its lights on, when he tunrned tghe corner he was pulled over because the police car though he had been drinking being late at night, upon getting brethalized and it coming back negitive the cop inspected his car and found nothing wrong, Pi@Łed off he then gave him a ticket and a fixed penalty for going thru the ligths! he was a barman on his way home after work.
