What an interesting letter from Andrew Hurst in Karting mag,in the time my son and I have been racing Rotax we have raced at club level and Super one, but have never had a clutch checked, or seen anyone elses checked. This cheating has obviously been going on for some time, but has anyone been caught? If not, why not? It has long been known that slipper clutches are almost like a variable transmission when taken to the extreme on the worlds fastest dragsters. Rant over,
