I just wanna stick my ore in there.
89 Portuguese GP at Estoril. Not necessarily a technical disqualification but a disqualification all the same. Mansell arrived at his pit whilst in the lead of the race. The team were blatently not ready and he had to jump his pit to stop from mowing the Scuderia down. In his hast, he selected reverse and reversed into his pit. Mansell in a FERRARI was then black flagged, (but he wouldn't have been if the team had pushed him back) However he raced on, I assume while Ferrari tried to dispute the flag but the team claim Nige was too busy scrapping with Ayrton to notice the Flag and then came together with Ayrton at the end of the straight. The accident was 50/50 but nonetheless, the FIA banned Nige from the next race and fined the red cars $50,000. However the FIA didn't take action against Ron Dennis for jumping up & down in the pit lane, threating the Ferrari chiefs and Aryton's collision with Nige. If you don't have the 89 season on DVD then go see on youtube.
It does seem as though the FIA are always on Ferrari's side of things doesn't it but look at the evidence over the years and Ferrari have been repremanded as much as any other team.
