'They don't HAVE any policies except on Europe. Their 'guesses' as to other policies are so hopelessly...' - bit of a contradiction their Ian. I'll keep this short as I don't want to spend my weekend discussing politics.
There are two reasons I expect to be voting UKIP. The first is that I want out of the EU, the second is the flat tax rate policy. If they did both of these then I personally believe that the country will be far better off, a) through not being in the EU (save money) b) via extra income from tax and c) greater GDP because of a+b combined.
Conservatives don't no longer have a credible brand anymore. They were all for making cuts but come on 0.1%, now that's a joke. So if you vote conservative what are you voting for? Are they for the EU, against the EU, bit of both... that's why conservatives are going to lose votes, they are becoming the joke party and need to have a good long hard look at themselves and decide what they themselves stand for instead of individually coming out and making rash statements and comments that undermine the party and its credentials.
Chris.
