Nows the time,forget INTERPRO Investments,trust me ,property cheap as chips especially run down blocks of terraces or tower blocks.
Houses in need of repair (been boarded up for 2 years) in Liverpool due to Councils compulsory purchase for inner city project now abandoned.. available for Ł10 each yes Ł10,short listed for 10.
Must be habitable !!! ? again within 1 year.
5 mins from City Centre and all Universities,10 mins from Everton and Liverpool grounds,25 mins from Hooton Pk,30 mins from 3 Sisters,with people losing their houses dailt due to the current desp(err)ot P.M.in charge
and with 100,000 Romanians and Bulgarians due in to Europe after November, Social Services looks to be biggest renters,guaranteed rent payments and repairs if necessary when tenants leave,gold plated,roll on allocation day.
