Dear Mr Russ Waller,
Thank you for accommodating our inquiry. The person in question is,
late Mr. Alex Waller who was born on the 2nd of February 1951 and he
died at the age of 53. He was an international Crude Oil broker for
Africa and the Middle East. He has an account valued at 7,506,420.00
USD (Seven Million, Five Hundred and six Thousand, Four Hundred and
Twenty US Dollars) with Africa Development Bank Group (ADB), Accra
regional office branch, I did mention that he died in testate (meaning
that he died having made no legal will in relation to this fund at the
bank.
A complete search has since been conducted after his sudden death to
locate any of his relatives, but all was to no avail. Determining the
distribution of the deceased's assets then becomes the responsibility
of a probate court and the bank in which this amount of Money is
domiciled. The bank has therefore mandated that I appoint next of kin
whose last name must be same to the deceased in conformity with the
rules and regulation of the African Development Bank Group (ADB), the
bank where the fund is domiciled and the memorandum of understanding
between the bank and the probate Court.
This body has therefore resolved to nominate you to stand as next of
kin and thereby inherit the estate of deceased in cash and material
wealth know to the bank and the probate. The fund will be disbursed
when transferred to your account as follows:
70% to you
20% to any Charity Organization of your Choice
10% to us
As you may be aware, African Development Bank Group is a full
investment banker and as such does not do commercial banking services.
Thus, they have engaged the services of NatWest Bank International
United Kingdom to execute this inheritance transaction. I will therefore
require you consent to enable me continue with the nomination and
subsequent approval as next of kin if you are willing to accept this
inheritance.
In order to commence, I will legally nominate you through the Probate
department of the federal Judiciary as an inheritor to this estate and
when approved, They will officially inform the bank of the beneficiary approved for
the funds held under the name of this late client on their bank and by
so doing, will instruct the bank to officially notify you of this
inheritance.
It is on this juncture that the bank will contact you with detail
information on what need to be done so as to transfer the inheritance
to any designated bank account you may stand to nominate. I will
