I'll be running the Liverpool marathon on October 14th for the Roy Castle lung cancer charity, this will be the first marathon i've ever ran but I have always wanted to run one. Anybody got any tips on what sort of food/supliments etc i should be eating/avoiding in the few weeks i have left up to the run Any training tips for the last few weeks ? Many thanks.
