I don't think they were being harsh. Like me I imagine they are not interested in her 'PR value' but are more annoyed by the fact she clearly can't drive a greasy stick up a dogs **** and yet she's an F1 test driver. Same goes for Danica Patrick... 0 wins on her CV and yet she's made it to Indycars. You wouldn't see a striker make it Man Utd without ever scoring a goal!

Regardless of gender, I can't stand it when yet another average driver has made it to the pinnacle of our 'sport'. I'm all for a female F1 driver, providing she has the talent to be there, and that goes for male drivers also.
