I renewed my licence a while ago and didn't send a new photo, when it came back it only had 2 years on it when i thought i would be 10....mistakenly, after ringing DVLA they said photo id's are only valid for 10years then a new photo is required, stands to reason really, just didn't think, so for the cost of renewal i only got 2 years...arghhh!!!
