Do your OWN research.

1) Yes, she died from the rear-end shunt. Why is that in question?

2) You clearly know nothing of police training: 'Hare and hounds' is 'code' for a lead policeman training other more junior drivers by pretending to be a 'fleeing' criminal. 'Excess speed' is what the hare DOES in these things!

3) To argue that the traffic lights and the stationary vehciles IN the 'coned off' section of the roads are 'factors' is like suggesting that the a terrorist attack in Lebanon on or around the time ALSO was a 'factor'. I could use equally FEEBLE and PATHETIC attempts to show a tenuous link to the terrorist attack as YOU can about the traffic lights! EVERY SINGLE OTHER 'FACTOR' R*E*A*L*I*S*T*I*C*A*L*L*Y affecting the outcome WAS legal and WAS within reasonable standards.... the ONLY factor which caused the DEATH of this woman was the SPEED! Yes.... had she had an extra cup of coffee the previous evening and thus slept badly and thus was late for work MIGHT have affected the outcome but to argue that the 'missing coffee' was a SALIENT factor shows quite how D*E*S*P*E*R*A*T*E you ARE!

3) The copper was following ORDERS! But.... that does NOT matter... the WAY in which he showed he was 'unfit' for the roads (no matter WHAT his orders said) was his EXCESS SPEED! It was his EXCESS SPEED that KILLED HER!

Let's be BRUTRAL here..... you are SO desperate to pretend that 'speed doesn't kill' that you are thrashing around to find ANYTHING to escape the EVIDENCE..... so let's INVENT something for you.... and test the result!

Let's PRETEND that the road-workers had placed the signs 2 feet TOO FAR from the traffic lights to be strictly legal. Let's pretend that meant that the policeman got 2 feet MORE warning that there were road works and let's pretend THAT was ILLEGAL....... Are you SO desperate that you will clutch at SUCH a feeble straw JUST so you can say..... 'Yes..... speed killed this woman...... but it wasn't the SOLE CAUSE and the 2ft 'error' makes all the difference!'...

....... you know..... I suspect you MIGHT just try and claim that!

No REASONABLE person could avoid the evidence that it WASN'T the road works, it WASN'T the signage, it WASN'T the car's technical faults, it WASN'T the conditions, etc. ad infinitum.... it was the SPEED which killed her..... B*GG*R ALL ELSE! The speed was the PHYSICAL agent that killed her AND EXCESS speed was the CAUSATIVE agents of her death!

However, please make sure that your widow/parents/children know your views so that, WHEN you get killed by ANY unlawful means, you will NOT blame the perpetrator because, even if he SHOT you in a robbery 'he wasn't the sole cause' and that you REALLY want them to take into account the level of the tides, the colour of the Prime Minister's socks, the height of the snail on the garden wall next door..... because those TOO were 'factors in your death........'

Stand back and LOOK at the level to which you are stooping to defend the indefensible!
