The error of judgment of: 'not being able to see within the stopping distance' is E*X*A*C*T*L*Y what 'excess speed' MEANS!

The fact that it was within a 30mph limit ALSO makes it 'speeding'!

Thus, both the point made by you and others are ELIMINATED in a single stroke...... but you knew this already as you have known about this case for YEARS!

If you STILL want to claim that 'not being able to stop within the seeing distnace' was NOT what the rest of us call 'excess speed', then you'll need to explain what 'excess speed' MEANS that does NOT include 'not being able to stop within the seeing distance'

I look forward to the answer TO THAT QUESTION!
