Oh god......

1) Of COURSE you've seen it, Alan..... and that's why SO many people have succeeded in getting their penalties overturned when they have ATTEMPTED this LUDICROUS CLAIM.... Bring a shutter-van here and SHOW me with MY radar gun. You buy lunch if you CANNOT show it! Save yourself money.... BUY a radar gun for yourself so you can TEST it..... they are about Ł100. That'll be cheaper than lunch.....!

2) What must be a 'known problem'? Shutters or Tarpaulins? What's it got do do with it knowing YOU are in the other lane?

3) Oh...... CAN they.....?!!!! That's why they are TOGGLE-SWITCHED either for positive speeds or negative speeds..... you'll have to show me how you SET the software/switch (depending on which model) so that you select BOTH AT ONCE. I just can't remember SEEING that setting..... (errr.... no they DON'T)

4) Yes, Temperature DOES affect the devices..... but by a percentage that is VANISHINGLY small... hence the reason why they are set VASTLY (10% plus 2 mph) ABOVE the speed limit.... to allow for ANY reasonable lee-way in results..... or had you forgotten that?

I suppose you didn't know that car-speedometers are affected by the Temp....did you? I don't hear you saying THAT is being kept secret by the 'powers that be', too!

5) Errr.... yes they DO!

....and you next DAFT claim is......?

Have we FORGOTTEN about 'tarpaulins'..... or do you accept that, even though you CLAIM to have seen them 'trigger' radar Gatsos.... they DON'T? Had you claimed they did with a Laser/Lidar devices....... well.... I'll leave YOU to think about that.... Be careful: your assumption will be wrong.... again!
