You're talking $hite and your reply is evidence of that.

'The cause is either the pedestrian not looking or the driver driving too fast for the conditions'.

Driving too fast.

The speed limit was 30.

Everyone has the basic right to expect others to observe the law.

As has been stated in the past, if that car had been travelling just 5mph less, the impact could have resulted in the pedestrian living.

Only selfish people use the arguement that speed isn't the cause of accident because you think only of yourselves, not others.

I wonder what your position would have been if it had been your child struck and killed by the 35mph car. ***ing different I'll wager!!!!!!!
