Well..... (almost) anyone over the age of 25 has the choice of reducing their fuel costs; too.
All we need to do is to drive a car with a one-grade-down (from their current car's performance), that will give AT LEAST a 10% (up to 50%) reduction in fuel cost which would have the same effect as fuel being cut to £1.17p per litre or down to 65p per litre for the two fuel saving percentages.
If fuel costs are too high..... the control is in YOUR hands. Change your damned cars!
I know it's much harder to kiddies below 25 to reduce their car 'size' than it is for the rest of us as many will be on the 'lowest' grade of cars already! All THEY have to do is to lift their right foot once in a while and THEIR fuel usage will drop, too......
