Its quite simple - Group Lotus will be Black and gold and powered by Renault powers, Team Lotus will be powered by Renault and coloured Black and Gold. Thats how to tell them appart!!!
Group Lotus will probably end up buying out Renaults share of Group Lotus, Renaming it Lotus Lotus, thus supplying engines to Team Lotus who will change their name to Lotus Lotus Lotus with the Lotus ENGINE. The new Champions will have the same engine - Red Bull Lotus although I heard they will lose the sponsorship repaint the cars black and use the team Lotus Chassis for 2012 - the new name is Lotus Lotus lotus Lotus Lotus I have no idea whose engine they will use, my guess is it will be a Lotus.
If the name of the game is to get your product talked about, its genius.
