first off i was watching all the protests live througout the day, the reason protesters were charged on were because bottles, snooker balls etc were being thrown at the police/ fires being started, even the royal car was smashed along with police vehicles, NO MATTER HOW ANGRY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!

secondly yes its not good that nick clegg went back on his word BUT!!.....at the time of the pledge i doubt he had the actual figures of national debt to hand, its clear now that labour left the contry in a mess, so unfortunately sacrifices have to be made, and secondly its a coolition government, its not nick cleggs choice, he has to work together with the conservatives to come to a solution, if he doesnt then the coolition will fail and we will have a government that will self destruct.

sometimes the right thing to do is the wrong thing, no matter how painful for people, becuase the wrong thing to do a lot of the time is nothing at all. if they make no decision on this and it rumbles on for another couple of years then national debt will get out of hand and we will be in more of a mess.
