1. We can see no evidence of anything being done to alleviate the problems on this site.

2. We have had no communication whatsoever from Dick or Martin about what's happening.

3. Lest we not forget, the content on this site has been contributed by us [including your good self].

Together we've spent many thousands of hours of our own time making the content on this site what it is. At the very least we're owed an explanation.
