So far, there has only been 7 to 9 months of the 'trial' and the public were NOT informed that the cameras were switched off and thus didnt' KNOW they were not active! Thus the effect on speeds would NOT have happened until the vast majority of the public KNEW!

The evidence in the mere DAYS since the public HEARD about the switch off is that speeds have increased. That's QUITE the reverse of what the article you mentioned has claimed.....

However, as I said.... we'll see!
