Forget the rest of the article, just the info on changing driver speeds at the start of it.

It's what 'my side' predicted.... it's annoying the the BBC doesn't give us the TIME and the ORIGINAL NUMBERS but it does go to show (only anecdotally) that letting the public THINK the speed cameras are switched off increases the speed past them.

As I said, we'll see the outcome of this lethal experiment in turning cameras OFF!
