Errrr... are missing the point....

The three rules need to be applied to YOUR idea of speed limiters!

The three rules apply WELL to Gatsos and Specs (and others) as thay ARE Practical, Enforceable, Affordable.

Nowhere in that list is the word 'PERFECTABLE' as no 'Gatso' CAN be perfect for the job.... it merely does what it states that it will do.... they allow us to punish those who speed THROUGH them.

Anyone wishing to tamper with a Gatso has to do so IN PLAIN SIGHT and many have been caught by the police so doing. Anyone wanting to interfere with YOUR device simply needs to wheel their car into a garage and disable it, with NO ONE seeing what you are doing.

A similar situation is with Catalytic exhasuts: those who want to run without one can change them in the privacy of their own garage and replace them for the MOT. The same would happen with your limiters.

However, just PROVE to me that I am wrong and TELL me how you could prevent a semi-intelligent person from disabling 'your' device. If it can be done.... let's do it and go into business.
