I also suspect that Rob used the words and the apology because he KNEW it would be heard and he was trying to send a VERY loud message to the rest of the world that he was NOT happy to do it to Felipe and to let EVERYONE know that the 'other half of the garage' couldn't get past HIS half... without help......

I'd lay you any money it happened when Stephano got an irate call from Luca O*R*D*E*R*I*N*G him to issue that instruction.....

I think that's the case because, had it all be PROPERLY planned, then they would have used an agreed 'code' that could NOT be understood by the outside world..... something like... :

'temperature rising, set the manetino to 12'

Not a SOUL could have 'translated' THAT message into the furore that has occurred from the poorly encrypted message issued by Rob.....

As many of us have observed.... FIAt have descended back into that RIOTOUSLY disorganised bunch of screaming Italian idiots that they have been SO many times in the past! You youngsters are not used to SEEING FIAt in this light.... us oldies have seen it SO many times before...... They have always been their own worst enemy!
