Not sure what you mean about the Northern Irish police vehicles here... maybe you could elaborate ?

The police should never have flooded the area with armed officers as they've done. There've been several shootings in London in the past 2 weeks... don't see the city flooded with armed cops... oh that's because there was no media hype and they happened to be members of the public and not cops (!)

The police up there need to find one functioning brain among the lot of them and handle this smartly. They're obviously basing their current strategy on that famous manual written by George W. Bush 'How to find Osama Bin Laden'. I think we're safe in saying that doesn't really work.

We're told they're currently waiting for a tip off from the public... if so, then maybe they'd should put their guns away and wait in the pub for that tip off.
