You and I watched different games then......In fact, you and I watched different World Cups...

Now lets see......I agree that most sides who qualify for the finals are no mugs, but, come on, USA, Algeria and Slovenia was the easiest group on earth, we just about scraped through, only winning a single match.

Today against what I would describe as a no more than average German outfit, we could have gone down by eight.......it should have been four nil before Upson pulled one back, I agree, the Lampard goal was ridiculous and could have had some bearing but we were useless in the 2nd half, we were actually lucky to go down 4-1 in the end.

I think the problem is we have too many overpaid prima donnas who think they are better than they are.......the thing is, they are made to look better than they are at club level by the foreign players, once you get a side of `supposedly` World class English players, they are found out, tactically and mentally inept at the highest level.

Please don`t give me all this tosh about them trying hard, they were awful today for 70 minutes of that game, it says it ALL really when your keeper is probably your best player, and he has picked the ball out of his net four times.

That will be the last World cup for James, Lampard, Heskey, Gerrard, Cole x 2 and Terry, because in 4 years time they will probably be too old.........fact is, they simply are`nt good enough.
