Well now that im working i'm looking at getting myself on a general handymans course, i'll breeze through the joinery but learn how to plaster, plumb and electrocute. This'll be a safety net if i ever find myself unemployed again and/or if i decide to go SE.
Also its safe to assume seein as you live in a village your house is quite old and always in need of some attention so thats where again i'll assume you got your practice, unfortunately my house is only 10 years old and no matter how hard i look i can't find owt that needs doing yet and im sure joe bloggs in my next village won't trust me to re-wire his cottage just yet or fit a central heating system!!!
No matter though, i'll get meself on that course (pay for it myself too) and take it from there, just glad to be in the land of the working at the moment though, even though i have a large area to cover, driving does my nut in.
