Waayyy faster than most of these idiots have their accidents !

as somebody said, there is nothing new here, adolescent youth ( 17 -25) have always had a irrational death wish when in cars. I think its a way of rebelling against authority.
The trick is to give them something constructive to focus on and grip their attention
( normally that focus ends up being female !)
