It doesn't look as though there's a YouTube video of it..... but here's one VERY like it.... afd shows the reason why the Police take a dim view of 'safe wheel spins'.

Hopefully, it'll make you laugh while demonstrating WHY it's illegal.

Had the 'Woman in the Road' been few feet further back.... She was clearly STUPID standing in the road in any case. You should notice how the FIAT owner doesn't care that there's a woman in the road!

I have NO doubt that Lewis can control his car...... not all people in quick cars CAN.... hence the Police reaction....

I'm with Newshound.... they'll let him off.... not becasue it's safe but because he's 'famous'!
