Again, James.... you are not thinking:

GFM and Lewis would BOTH be doing something ILLEGAL.... Lewis was BOOKED for it! But YOU (and others) are trying to pretend that, even though it WAS illegal.... it was OK for him to do it....... but you WILL not make the same allowances for GFM..... exactly as I expected....

It's NOTHING to do with 'safety' (supposedly) because YOU lot claim that, with Lewis's 'skill', it was safe. I make EXACTLY the same claim fopr GFM..... but you won't allow that..... And we know WHY!

Who SAYS it was at 0mph....? Not the Police.... THEY have said he spun his wheels LEAVING Lakeside Drive entering Fitxroy Street. They do NOT say he was stationary. Look at my previous posting..... you'll see the ACTUAL SPOT!
