You've got me Ian... I've no idea what you're talking about now. Can you read what you wrote again to see if you've made any typos ?

I'll repeat what I've said in case I wasn't clear earlier.

o I am not disagreeing with you that the Handford Device is a good short term solution to the current problem of cars being unable to overtake. It is.

o I am however suggesting that the Handford Device alone is not enough. I am suggesting that a single aero envelope for Formula One racing cars is designed and supplied to all teams for use on their cars. This design would be as I've mentioned earlier and the purpose of doing it would be to eliminate the ability of a team to use aero to gain advantage.
