We don't agree.... the Hanford part can be ANY size! Even if the board is NOT part of the rear wing. The Hanford is an EXAMPLRE of my flat board. The limitation on the 'flat board would be when it's the WHOLE size of the rear of the car reaching from the floor to the top of the rear wing..... that sounds more like a 'Kamm Tail'....

You also make the assumption that F1 designers could 'get round' the Hanford but imply that they'd NOT be able to do so with 'Your Device'. I find that just a little hard to grasp especially when you haven't told us the details of 'your device'.!
