i dont partcularly hold a grudge against alonso,i just dont think in reality he got a bum deal at mclaren.in the beginning anyway

i rate him as a driver for sure but he seems a most disagreeable human being.i know that can be said for a lot of drivers but alonso does get my goat!

i genuinely feel that hamilton is so sure of his ability that he wouldnt mind who was his team mate(as im sure alonso felt on arriving at mclaren),with dennis standing down as team priniciple i also couldnt say wether mclaren will continue to strive to have both drivers on an equal footing

i can see why alonso may have felt that he was never given an equal opportunity at mclaren(wether that was real or preceived)but he didnt seem to do anything to get his team working for him and instead of trying to work within the team he seemed to push them away,i would have expected a little more from a double world champion.for all schumachers faults he was very good at making his team feel "special" and they all seemed to want to work for him
