BBC SE 5 day forecast at 7:35 this morning:

Fri, Sat and Sun = SNOW, Mon and Tues CLEAR

8:35 update

Fri, Sat and Sun = SNOW, Mon = SNOW, Tues CLEAR

Ok - so given the amount of snow, ice, temperatures etc - probably not a lot of difference being clear and then snow within an hour.

So that's either some pretty accurate forecasting system or it's the "fish" factor.
