Water vapour is by far and away the largest contributing component of the greenhouse effect. It varies enormously depending on a whole host of things from geographic location t time of the day/year etc... The thing is even the scientific community acknowledges that and they also acknowledge that man has almost no bearing on the concentrations of water vapour in the atmosphere.
However when you have a chaotic system, none of this matters because its not the size of the contributing factor that matters... its the size of its influence. They're claiming that even though the factor man's responsible for is infinitesmally small, it has an amplified influence over the system as a whole. Problem is... they don't know for sure.
