There's no need to be so obnoxious I don't believe I was rude to you so what gives you the right to say my opinion is s***?- I didn't say redundancy due to take-overs was employer bullying as you have tried to misrepresent - (but have seen employers make working life so difficult for employees to get them to leave to avoid paying oout for redundancy) I just pointed out that where employers are bullying and exploitative it is important to have someone represent any individual worker and all employees appropriately. The lower paid the worker the more important the union representation. And as for telling posties they should be thankful for a gilt- edged pension - sorry mate but a pension based on earnings of Ł18000 a year is still not much - even if it is inflation proofed and you might have had to work for RM for 40 years to achieve a full pension - just the same as civil service and NHS pensions
