down at newhaven beach near brighton, round the back behind some cliffs, great place, but they shut the beach. We were parked up against the railings sleeping, me and my brother were up in the bit above the drivers cabin with the vent open, a little wave came over the top and some water went in and got me wet, just as i uncovered myself to get down a huge wave came over the top and went straight through the vent, soaked us both - we might aswell been in the water lol
Going up the M4 coming back from Wales, we joined the motorway just as about 7 or 8 camper vans drove past, we joined on, and there was a convoy of vans going up the M4 they weren't all part of one big one, as some pulled off and others joined in, it was quite funny looking at the people driving past, confused as to how the should get onto the other side as they wanted to turn off.
Going through the country lanes with the trailer on the back with my brothers car we'd just bought, we came up behind a line of traffic about 6 cars long, my dad knew the roads from his childhood, as he spent all his time going up and down them, there is a road about 2 miles long i'd say, just straight, so we took a run up and passed them all and carried on going, also funny looking at their faces as we went past, with the trailer on the back =)
Loads of fun campervans are, you'll always have a laugh where ever you go, but as we just found out, cornwall don't like campervans, or dogs, no where to sleep, or let the dogs on the beach, which is a shame - so we won't be going back there. Wales next year! Woop! lol
There definately worth the money, expect many memories from it once you have it =D
