I don`t actually know if these jobs, or many others, actually ever exist.

I really don`t know much about these things, but is it true that public sector vacancies have to BY LAW be advertised in the local job pages, even though the job has already been filled from within???

I may be talking absolute nonsense, and please feel free to correct me if I am, but this was what I was led to believe.
