not sure what you have to do, what hours you work but Ł30,000 a year to talk sounds good....have they got so much of our money they are inventing jobs to pay people to do jobs that dont need to exist

Working alongside the Equalities Project Manager, you will develop and implement projects that ensure good practice within Diversity and Equalities is embedded across the organisation. In particular, you will support the development of a Single Equality Scheme for Hertfordshire, ensuring an effective consultation process, that identifies gaps and develops solutions for protecting the most vulnerable across the county. Excellent organisational skills are needed, as well as the ability to communicate with a diverse range of groups and people. Previous experience of project management is required and an understanding of equalities practices within HR will be advantageous.
