Could some of you more knowledgeable motor sport bods help me with understanding something.
1) Am I right in thinking the FIA is the controlling body for world motor sport.
2) Am I right in thinking that F1 is a commercial enterprise run by Bernie.
If this is correct, FOTA's proposals would be breaking away from Bernies F1 enterprise and surely would they not still have to be answerable to the FIA?
