following on from Dan's post...my tweaks to present F1:
# bring back testing between races so development isn't confined to wind tunnels alone.
# allow more radio transmission (at present lots of pit lane juicy stuff does not go out)
# publish weights throughout

-obv' not an overhaul but as long as they visit the single file tracks nothing will change.
