Quite simple, because most are 16- 17 year old muppets who think they know better than the people with years of experience who taught them properly ! And yes there are older muppets around who should know better.
If i was following you on a bike I would be in the correct road position, if I felt the need to overtake you I would wait for a suitable and safe place to overtake, carry it out and be back in the correct position as soon as possible.
If some idiot wants to tailgate a car so he is in a position whereby he is totally unable to see the vehicles brake lights or indicators thats his fault and problem should an accident occur. We only teach we don't wet nurse. I had one guy turn up at my training ground within 3 hours of being issued his C B T certificate with his mate on as pillion, this AFTER he was told during training he must comply with the conditions of his Provisional license one of those conditions being No pillion passengers until the full test has been passed, I took his mates helmet off him ,went down his dad's place and told him.
I bet you do things your driving instructor told you NOT to,crossing hands over while steering,covering the clutch, insufficient and or ineffective use of mirrors etc;
Simple message down blame the Instructor, if you fall over in the Street would you blame your parent's ? After all they probably helped you learn how to walk.
