I steer clear of these discussions now but I have to say that it does not matter how good you think you are at driving, you have to obey the speed limits in areas where innocent people are liable to end up in a position where you can injure or kill them. You save only seconds on your journey time but can end up with a lifetime of guilt. Oddly enough, you can find that the culprits are often the people who campaign against the speeders in their area. Save the speed for the track or the open road.
