I did tell him I want the trailer but he's gone ahead and put it on auction again and he has a bid. He says I have to pick it up before the auction ends (1 day notice!) That proves he put it on auction before he told me I wasn't getting the deposit back.

If I blast him with negative feedback all he's gonna do is reply saying 'Buyer changed his mind" which is rubbish!

I'm tempted to put a link to this thread in the feedback comment....but I'm not the type to break rules so unless UK karting don't mind I wont do it!

I'd rather get the money back and give it to charity than let him get away with it because cheats never stop until they're caught!

Any other tactics suggestions would be appreciated!
