You have REVERSED the 'proof'! My argument was that I KNEW the 'secret contract' MUST have existed simply becasue of all the plain LUDICROUS decisions given in FAVOUR of FIAt by the FIA.

I no longer NEED to 'deduce' that the contract existed because BOTH the FIA and FIAt have CONFIRMED IT EXISTED!

However, as I did manage to deduce the existence of the contract from the LUDICROUS decisions, it would not require Sherlock Holmes to deduce that the contract was USED to CREATE the ludicrous decisions! That is not PROOF but it damned well LOOKS, WALKS and QUACKS like a DUCK!

DAMN IT! A 'smoking gun' does not PROVE you shot someone..... but a jury are VERY likely to convict on such evidence!

I am NOT stating that the new evidence ( about the secret contract) PROVES X or Y about ANY specific incident. If you think I HAVE claimed that, please cut and paste the words showing me the link to my posting.

I am saying that the thing I have claimed for all those years (i.e., the hidden contract between FIA and FIAt), and that people like YOU said could NOT have existed..... really DID exist!

All you who have claimed I was WRONG when I said that hidden contract existed, owe me an apology! As does FIAt and the FIA owe the WHOLE motor-racing WORLD!
