You don't seem to have read what happened in court.

FIAt went to court claiming that the FIA had broken their SECRET agreement that FIAt could RIG the rules in FIAt's favour!

There is NO DOUBT that the 'veto' existed BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT FIAt CLAIMED I*N C*O*U*R*T!

The FIA did NOT deny it... they CONFIRMED it existed but that the Veto did NOT apply because FIAt had previously broken that agreement by creating/joining FOTA!

Both sides have CONFIRMED the SECRET power of VETO E*X*I*S*T*E*D!

The Judge has said that it is NOT a matter for HIS court but is a matter for a CIVIL court which is the RIGHT place to argue about CONTRACTS.

The SHOCK has been that nobody ELSE seems to have KNOWN that the Veto EXISTED!
