Could that be 64,000 litres (64 tonnes). That's 8 litres (1.75 gallons)a mile....mixing units is dangerous. However I think this Jumbo would run out of gas half way across The Pond. I believe a Jumbo grosses out at over 500 tonnes. I know the physics but it is still staggering that it can virtually fly half way around the world non-stop!
Blow the London bus, my Land Rover would run for 24.6 years on those 64000 litres. Well on reflection, it is a Land Rover and has trouble running 2 months without something going wrong, make that 30 years.
