have a look at a peugoet 106, i remember it was my first car, yeh not the quickest thing in the world but 750 fully comp, demending on the model, try and look for something that isnt boy racer ish....if ur not embarresed to drive a grandad mobile go for an ignis or matiz...you may want a beemer.....but you need to get your wings with a smaller car first! i had a shock the first time i wanted a car....thought yeh id go get somethin nice but in reality you have to put up with what you can afford for the first few years. failing that get a classic car!...i was looking at an mg midget at one point....really cheep on insurance and pretty reliable, free road tax, but need to check its a nice model to start with, can get them decent for between 1-5 grand
