heres some maths for you -- enjoy.

4 star fuel - 50 mpg
Unleaded - with cat converter, less, say 10%
4 star contains (lead) but can be developed to run leaner 'lean burn' engines - but not with a cat.
So 4 star could increase to say 55mpg.
UL contains benzine (cancer causing, so no good for your health at all - we'll call it 'green' tho)
Government 80% in fuel taxes.
Extra fuel used thoughout the country?
Extra revenue by moving to UL? - 10 - 15%?
Damage to enviroment?
How can an organisation, with SO MUCH financial interest in a product (80%) be trusted to make the correct policy for a country.
Look at government owned banks - 0.5% interest rates - too kick start the economy? or cheap government loans?
Maybe the Brown monster is too interested in world politics than to worry about England.
Global Warming like Green issues are political and errornous - always have been, always will be.
Free Tibet.....no.....
Free Kuwait - be there in a jiffy, theres oil(ŁŁŁŁ) there.
