Rich the comment about random events and repetition was very true the hardest one I ever came across was for Aircrew selection at Biggin Hill many (too many to mention lol) years ago.

You sat with your elbow on the table and thumb and forefinger either side of a very high Tech 12" ruler,when the guy holding it let go you had to catch it ASAP,your reaction was literally Measured ,in Inches! They took the best of 3 btw.

I bet thats been replaced ,if not god help us lol.
