I cannot remember details this far back, but in 2004 when Ferrari romped it, did any of the other teams beg the FIA to slow them down? Because Felipe Massa has basically said after quali that if F1 cant slow Brawn down then they will win the title by June. So put simply he would rather Brawn slow down than Ferrari have to play catch up. I know Brawn are one of the diffuser three, but like i said i cant remember the exact details of the Ferrari in 2004. None of the cynical FIAt stuff please, i just wanna know if there was a similar situation in 2004?
